A 4-H Portfolio is an organized collection of a member’s progress, achievements, contributions, and efforts during their 4-H involvement each year. Portfolios are used for various reasons: 4-H scholarship applications, National 4-H Congress application, junior livestock county fair recognition, and horse council scholarship.
