DAIRY FOODS CONTEST
4-H members in grades 3-12 can compete in this contest individually or in a group of two. Contestants will prepare a dish at home that has a dairy product as one of its main ingredients (artificial dairy products will not count) and present the finished product to the judges. Contestants will be asked questions and expected to explain the importance of dairy in the diet. For more information visit www.utah4h.org
