New Club Leader Orientation

A new club leader is required to attend the New Club Leader Orientation as part of the application process. An orientation is offered each month, alternating evening and day classes. All orientations are held at West Jordan Library, 1970 West 7800 South, West Jordan.

February 13, 2008                   7:00 pm

March 12, 2008                       10:00 am        

April 9, 2008                           7:00 pm

May 14, 2008                          10:00 am

June 11, 2008                          7:00 pm

July and August                      no orientation 

September 10, 2008                10:00 am

Training is provided by an active 4-H Club Leader, Peggy Black, who participated in 4-H as a youngster and who has been a volunteer leader for over 18 years. Consequently, she offers great insight about the 4-H philosophy and the Salt Lake County 4-H program. She is able and willing to help you be a great 4-H club leader.

Pre-registration is required at least 2 days prior to the training
